تم الإعلان فجر اليوم عن لائحة المرشحين لجوائز The Eisner Awards لسنة 2024 والتي حصول كلا من شركة Image Comics وشركة DC Comics على اعلى عدد ممن الترشيحات الفردية والترشيحات المشتركة تخطت كلا منها 20 ترشيح ويأتي من بعدهم كلا من Fantagraphics وشركة IDW Publishing، ويذكر ايضا ترشح الكاتبة المصرية دينا محمد لجائزة أفضل نسخة انجليزية من قصة اجنبية عن قصة شبيك لبيك.
أكثر من حصل على ترشيحات كانت الكاتبة Kelly Thompson بخمسة ترشيحات ضمن فئة أفضل قصة قصيرة The Cull وأفضل قصة جديدة Black Cloak وأفضل قصة مستمرة Birds of Prey وأفضل اصدار كوميدي It’s Jeff: The Jeff-Verse #1 بالإضافة الى ترشيح أفضل كاتب/ة.
اما بخصوص ترشيحات القصص أبرز الإصدارات التي حصلت على أكثر من ترشيح كانت The Cull, Birds of Prey, Detective Comics, Nightwing, and Transformers.
